wowpak accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Deposits are generally credited to your wowpak account within seconds for mobile wallet transfers (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) and within one business day for bank transfers. wowpak does not charge any deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Before your first withdrawal, your account must have completed KYC verification as outlined in Section 3.4. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name — matching the name on your wowpak account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. wowpak aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
All wowpak account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wowpak does not impose currency conversion fees. If your payment provider charges a conversion fee on their end, wowpak bears no responsibility for such charges.
Note: wowpak reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, wowpak will notify you via the email address on your account.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements detailed in the individual promotion description. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. wowpak actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of related winnings, and may result in account closure:

All bets placed on wowpak are final once confirmed by the system. wowpak will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where a technical error, palpable error in odds, or platform malfunction has demonstrably occurred. wowpak's sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international test matches, T20Is, and other sporting events, are governed by specific sports rules available on the Platform. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered from its original format, wowpak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
All casino games on wowpak — including slots, live dealer games, and specialty titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the respective game provider and are available within each game's information panel.

wowpak does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. wowpak's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wowpak account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits wowpak's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

By registering an account, you consent to wowpak processing your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of services.
